Moonlight White is the XBloom Studio for light, minimal kitchens — a clean, gallery-white tower housing one of the most technically ambitious brewing systems ever made for the home: automatic grinder, robotic pour-over brewer and lab-grade scale in a single 17cm-wide footprint.

From "press a button" to "full barista" — your choice

The Studio's party trick is meeting you at your skill level. In Autopilot, xPod whole-bean capsules carry NFC recipes from renowned roasters — tap, press, and the machine grinds and pours their exact intended brew. In Copilot, you bring your own beans and dial in every variable through the app: grind size across 80 steps, water temperature to the degree, pour pattern and pulse timing. And in Freesolo, all three modules work independently for fully manual brewing days.
