Who We Are
Cyber Coffee House started with a frustration rather than a business plan.
Buying serious coffee equipment in the UK meant trawling half a dozen sites, settling for whatever happened to be in stock, or paying over the odds for gear that shouldn't be this hard to find. So we started sourcing it ourselves.
What came first was the obsession — weighing doses to a tenth of a gram, spending a fortnight dialling in one espresso machine to get a single shot right, working out which grinders actually hold their setting and which only claim to. That's still how we choose what to stock. If it hasn't earned its place, it isn't here.
Today we're a Manchester-based retailer supplying espresso machines, grinders, scales, brewers and accessories from the brands professionals and enthusiasts genuinely trust — Sage, Fellow, Comandante, Hario, Acaia and others.
Exceptional coffee deserves exceptional tools. That's the entire idea.

Our Commitment
We'd rather talk you out of the wrong machine than sell you one. Product descriptions reflect what the manufacturer actually states, delivery costs are shown before you reach checkout, and if something arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost of putting it right.
